Marc Ribot is probably best known by playing with Tom Waits which is where I first heard him though he's played with a lot of folks.

He has a sharp, agressive, sometimes dissonant style and though I wouldn't say he sounds like Quinne I think they're coming from the same place.

Check out Waits Rain Dogs album. He's probably my favorite living guitarist now.
