Maybe if Richard comes on to add some details to the piece, you can ask him to perhaps comment specifically on Sid in NYC-- was he still in awe of guys like Thunders and Dee Dee, what were the shows at MAX's like (if Hell attended those gigs), how the NY scene had changed by 1978, and specifically how the rise of groups like The Dead Boys, solo Sid Vicious, Sic F*CKS, Lydia Lunch etc., went over with the originators of those clubs, ie., Richard Hell, Verlaine, Thunders etc etc.

A lot of questions, but we all know Richard loves to write about himself... Ha!
