That was taken at the Ocean Club, a club opened by Mickey Ruskin is the 1970s. Mickey was the original 1960's owner of Max's Kansas City. I remember that about the picture, but are you sure they're actually playing together? It's not just them at a table? I'm pretty sure it was a Cale gig, 1976. Oh I guess they did play together.
