i'm only 17 too and i think all that music is great. my parents raised me on patti smith and the stooges and both like television and the voidoids. i guess it helps having cool parents but its cool to see theres more people out there my age that like the music, being in this generation it's hard to find anyone not influenced by the shitty mtv pop culture. thats why i'm lucky i found the girl i love she is just like me and she loves all the music i do too. i live in charlotte, north carolina and i'm trying to start a band but its just so damn frustrating not knowing enough people who like real rock n roll now a days.
