I know nothing of this comeback you're mentioning, if I'm reading your slightly cryptic message right. All I know, other than it's late and I should not be posting, but rather, sleeping, is that I cannot bear the entire phenomenon. Where was it I read or heard about how a study someone did showed that his audience were categorically, measurably more poorly informed than people regularly seeking information from other media, and were simultaneously more confident about the quality and certainty of their [mis]information. I think I have lost the empathy thread here - I just see that name and want to shoot a nailgun.
