That's not AT ALL what I intended to convey. There's a difference between funny and charming. I was laughing AT, not WITH... I was only restraining comments because, as I explained, I didn't realize it was spam at first, and just wasn't interested in tearing someone this genuinely sad and pathetic apart - but it's not someone this genuinely sad and pathetic, it's badly-calculated spam, so it definitely warrants as much ridicule as people care to heap upon it, in my modest opinion. I was also trying to apologize for having left it up to begin with, and to find something redeeming about the whole thing since now it's become a big thread - and the redeeming thing is that it's easy to laugh AT - Madam X's subject line quoting it is a good example of something that made ME laugh.

Do not think I am so mushy that I would in any way find the original post, or poster, charming, even if it were a sincere, personal post. I was only holding my tongue (that is, not immediately putting up a "YOU'RE JOKING, RIGHT???" post, before anyone else) out of common decency and because of being the moderator...
