First English punk band to release an album, first English punk band to play in the USA. First English punk band to split up. First English punk band to reform etc etc etc etc etc - all this within their first 12 months of existence.

and all this from a band with more filler than killer throughout their "career", (not that I've listened to everything that ever went under the name) but I last saw them last year and they are a very good night out (although Patricia no longer plays with them as she is a full time Mom/Mrs Vanian)
