Terry Ork, whose real name was William Terry, died October 20th in San Diego. He'd been ill for some time. It was testicular cancer, I understand, but I'm not completely certain about that [correction: Lucien in follow-up message below explains that it was colon cancer]. I was waiting to post something until Richard had some words about Terry but he hasn't come up with anything yet. He will as soon as possible.
