It's not that good,as you might imagine but the band wasn't Steely Dan.In France,a local label(new rose)put out another cd titled:live at mother's from a 1975 gig & the sound quality isn't better.
To me,never Richard sounded better thAn with the early & original incarnation of the Voidoids,the Sire LP being one of the very few masterpieces of the so-called punk era.Robert Quine is hard to beat,an amazing guitarist,Ivan funked it up & Marc Bell plays a perfect4/4;even Mr Hell proves he could play on those outstanding tracks!
