It was in melody maker magazine in 1991 and I don't still have it. Something RH has since said about that piece is that everything he said about Thunders he also felt he could be saying about himself, hence watching videos of late-period JT gigs being 'like a reminder you'd rather not get'. If you watch any footage of Johnny after about 1989 that adds up - the man looks ill, even in Thunders terms. A guy like Thunders never had much weight to lose, but by 1991, what little was there had dropped right off him. He looks so weak in that japanese footage it's frightening. (I don't think Johnny was aware of, or maybe was in denial of, the fact that something other than drug addiction was messing him up at that point.) Anyhow, I think when Richard put the piece in Hot and Cold he edited out anything that might sound too judgmental.
